ditaa software package provides convert ASCII diagrams into proper bitmap graphics, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install ditaa
ditaa is installed in your system.
Make ensure the ditaa package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep ditaa *
You will get with ditaa package name, version, architecture and description in a table
